Hi Jose and Joan,
Ruth and I would like to thank you for the great service and good value apartment for our holiday last week. We did not have a writing pen to complete the satisfaction form when we were leaving, and we had to leave in a hurry on Saturday morning, but we would like to let you know that we were very happy overall. Thank you for arranging to move us to a different apartment. I think the building work went on for all of the week so it was great that you moved us because that would not have been very nice to wake up to that noise every morning. We were both very impressed with how you handled it and it made a huge difference to us and our holiday. We enjoyed our holiday very much as a result.
We thought that the location and cleanliness of the apartment was very good and we would be happy to recommend your apartments to friends and family and we would also be happy to come back ourselves some time again.
We also liked l'Estartit and we went to the tapas restaurant that you recommended on the Wednesday and Friday nights and we thought that it was excellent! Very good food and very good value.

The rental conditions are:
If you make the booking during the year before your arrival, you pay now only
15% at the booking by bank transfer or credit card and then
35% before February 15th of the year on the arrival.
If you make the booking on the same year as your arrival,
30% at the reservation by bank transfer or credit card.
20% - 3 Months before your arrival.
if you prefere, You can make one bank transfer of the 50% at the resrevation to save you making 2 bank transfers.
The rest at the entry in cash Euros or by bank transfer minimum 3 weeks before the arrival.
For a diposit, a photocopie your credit card number+ passport.
If you do not want to leave your credit card card details, you can leave 150 euros in cash as a deposit in stead when you getg the keys of the house to be returned when you leave the house.
Check inn times from 4 pm, Check out time 9:30 am.
Bed linen are included on the rental, not the towels.
Everything else is included on the rental price.
If you like some of the proprieties, If you are interested, send e-mail with your name, address and phone number, and how many people you are coming and I can make you the reservation then I will give you the bank details.

Money Refunds: Vacances Estartit - Estartit Inmo will never make rental returns. In case of justified returns by death in the family, illness or otherwise, you would have to claim the inssurance company for justified rental returns in case you have contracte it.
