Storage room. It is not a garage for a car. It is a storage room located 25 meters from the beach. Measurements: 3 meters deep by 2 meters wide and 3 meters high. It has two power outlets, electricity, community water. It is located 25 meters from the beach of Griells de l'Estartit. It is an ideal storage room to store electric bicycles. Plugs available to charge bicycles, ideal for storing paddle boards, surfboards, kayaks, or beach chairs. There is water intake outside to wash utensils, surf or paddle boards or whatever. Secure area with security cameras. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Each storage room has a ventilation window. Alarm for every storage room. Deal price for 3 or 6 months rent.
